Directions
Driving South from Christchurch
Drive south on Highway 1. Turn off at Geraldine and follow Highway 79 through to Fairlie. Don’t pass by without sampling a world-famous Fairlie Bakehouse Pie! Turn right on to Highway 8 at Fairlie and carry on another 30 mins to Lake Tekapo. Carry on past Lake Tekapo for five minutes to our base.
Driving North from Queenstown
Drive north along Highway 6 to Cromwell. Take Highway 8a past the Cromwell township, across Lake Dunstan to Highway 8. Turn left on to Highway 8 through Omarama and Twizel. We are five minutes before Lake Tekapo township.
